I messed up, tonight was actually week 2 days 3.  I forgot that my calf muscle was hurting real bad on one of my run nights and I had to postpone a day.  This of course has me one day behind on the chart for running.

I figured it is pouring rain out, no humidity and I feel fantastic so I decided to open up on the 90 second runs!  I definitely am ready for my Thursday night run where I will really start  Week 3 of the Couch to 5K plan :D.

Mini update:  I did not touch any Diet Pepsi’s that are in the fridge.  My Wife is not ready to give up her Diet Soda.
